Establishing a Labour Training Center in Texas
Building a skilled local workforce to support Texas's historic infrastructure growth.
Overview
In support of our major BEAD program deployments in Texas, our CUTI (Connected Utilities & Training in Infrastructure) Centre is establishing local workforce development programs. This initiative is designed to build a pipeline of skilled, local talent, create sustainable career opportunities, and ensure the economic benefits of infrastructure investment remain within the community.
The Strategic Goal
Ensuring Long-Term Project Success
By creating an accurate, reliable digital map of its infrastructure, Texas can plan more efficiently, build more safely, and maximize the impact of its BEAD program funding. This project provides the foundational data needed to accelerate development while mitigating the risks associated with unknown subsurface conditions.
