Broadband for America
The Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program provides $42.45 billion to expand high-speed Internet access by funding planning, infrastructure deployment and adoption programs across unserved and underserved/rural America in all states. This program will lay critical groundwork for widespread access, affordability, equity, and adoption of broadband, create good-paying jobs; grow economic opportunities, including for local workers, provide increased access to healthcare services, enrich educational experiences of students, close long-standing equity gaps, and improve the overall quality of life across America. INTUS is proud to be a key partner in this mission.
Reason One
The Market Challenge
The BEAD program presents significant hurdles for states and awardees. Projects are defined by demanding capital requirements, a constrained supply chain for construction, and complex project management from end to end.
Reason Two
The INTUS Solution
Our integrated model is specifically designed to solve these issues. By controlling the entire execution value chain—from engineering and locating to construction and operation—we de-risk projects for our state partners and guarantee delivery.
BEAD Priorities
Rural Highspeed Internet Access
The BEAD program funds broadband infrastructure to connect rural and underserved communities, ensuring reliable, affordable high-speed internet for homes, businesses, and public institutions.
Economic Development
By expanding digital connectivity, BEAD enables small business growth, remote work, innovation, and investment in local economies—laying the foundation for long-term economic resilience.
Education
BEAD supports equal access to online/in-person education and training opportunities, helping students, jobseekers, and workers in rural areas gain the digital and technical skills needed for today’s economy.
Healthcare
With high-speed internet, rural communities can access telehealth services, remote diagnostics, and digital health records—improving health outcomes and reducing the burden on in-person care systems.
Our Three Pillars of Success
Capital Readiness
Through a $100M+ capital raise, we meet the demanding financial requirements of the BEAD program, including the 25% match funding and Letter of Credit (LOC) obligations required to secure an award.
Guaranteed Execution
By owning our execution partners, we avoid third-party bottlenecks and control project timelines. This vertical integration ensures project fulfillment and allows us to serve both our own projects and other BEAD awardees.
Strategic Focus
Our deployment efforts and active BEAD applications are concentrated on five priority states where we have deep engagement: California, Texas, Maine, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

Section No. 1
Future-proof Networks
We build the networks of tomorrow, today. By deploying "true fiber" optic connections directly to homes and specializing in 5G infrastructure, we ensure communities have the speed and reliability to thrive for years to come.
Section No. 2
Connecting Every Community
We build the networks of tomorrow, today. By deploying "true fiber" optic connections directly to homes and specializing in 5G infrastructure, we ensure communities have the speed and reliability to thrive for years to come.
