Ukraine Reconstruction Partnership
A dedicated initiative to support Ukraine's recovery through workforce training and critical infrastructure mapping.
Following our participation in the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome, INTUS has engaged with Ukrainian government officials to develop a long-term partnership. This initiative is focused on providing tangible support for the nation’s reconstruction by building a skilled administrative workforce and creating a digital map of its critical infrastructure.
Empowering a Resilient Recovery
Our goal is to create a sustainable, self-sufficient ecosystem of skilled professionals and essential data that will form the backbone of the reconstruction effort. By transferring knowledge and providing critical digital tools, we aim to help Ukraine rebuild its infrastructure and economy with greater efficiency and resilience.
Program Pillars
Workforce Training (CUTI)
Establishing a “train-the-trainer” program focused on Electronic Business Management to create a skilled administrative workforce for reconstruction projects.
Infrastructure Mapping (GDIC)
Deploying our GDIC model to create a “digital twin” of Ukraine’s essential utility networks, providing a foundational tool for planning.
Phased Implementation
Utilizing a multi-phased approach, starting with training a cohort of master trainers on active U.S. projects before scaling the program for reconstruction.
